Marcellus Fox Wade

Fox Wade is a mission assurance, emergency management, risk management and information technology professional, entrepreneur, community leader and military veteran with more than 20 years of professional experience in operations management, continuity of operations planning, continuity of government, disaster preparedness, disaster planning, disaster response, disaster recovery, information security, intelligence technology and training. During his tenure in the United States Army, Fox served in the 1st Infantry Division, the 2nd Infantry Division, the 4th Infantry Division, the 82nd Airborne Division and the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade (Airborne), deploying in support of Operation Enduring Freedom Afghanistan, Operation Iraq Freedom, Operation Unified Response Haiti Earthquake and Operation Unified Assistance Indonesia, leading over 3,000 counter improvised explosive device (CIED), information technology and emergency and disaster management missions.

  

Fox has been awarded the Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart, Combat Action Badge and John F. Kennedy Leadership Award by the United States Army and the United States Army Special Operations Command. Fox was also Airborne, Air Assault and Sapper qualified.

 

Fox holds a B.S. in Emergency Management from Western Carolina University and MBA from Webster University. He is also a Certified Business Continuity Professional and Instructor through the Disaster Recovery Institute International and a Federal Emergency Management Professional Continuity Practitioner.
